Once your request has been received and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
The product amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If this applies to you, please contact us at contact@golifty.com to arrange a replacement.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit of equal value once your return has been approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver received the item first before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
