Delivery Times
Lifty makes every effort to ensure that orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within an average of 24 to 48 hours from the day following the customer’s order confirmation.
The products ordered by the customer will be delivered to the address provided at checkout within an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding special periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or other high-volume seasons).
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors related to the delivery location. Lifty declines any responsibility for extended delivery times caused by the carrier, including in cases of lost parcels, strikes, or logistical disruptions.
To track your order, simply click on the tracking link sent to you by email after your order has been shipped.
Product Availability
In the event a product becomes unavailable, Lifty will notify the customer as soon as possible so that a full refund can be issued promptly, and no later than 30 days after order confirmation.
If a delivery delay is expected, Lifty will inform the customer as soon as possible by any appropriate means, allowing the customer to decide whether to maintain, partially cancel, or fully cancel the order.
Lifty cannot be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its control, including force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
If delivery exceeds the announced timeframe by more than 14 additional business days, the customer may cancel the order by sending an email to contact@golifty.com.
Lifty™ reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the proper shipment of all products.
Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to the sender due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, Lifty reserves the right to charge a new shipping fee for re-dispatching the order.
If the parcel is returned a second time, it will not be reshipped, and the corresponding order amount will be retained by Lifty.

Delivery is available to:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and other serviced regions depending on carrier availability.
Delivery Inspection
Lifty guarantees that the product delivered complies with the essential characteristics described on the website and is suitable for normal intended use.
In cases of abnormal or abusive returns, Lifty reserves the right to refuse future orders from the same customer.
Shipping Fees
Delivery is free of charge, regardless of the destination country or shipping method selected by the customer.
The customer is informed of the delivery conditions before confirming their order.
Lifty is not responsible for taxes, customs duties, or additional fees that may be applied by the destination country.
Customers are solely responsible for any local restrictions, import duties, or handling fees. Lifty will not be liable for such charges under any circumstances.
For international orders, if the parcel is delivered to the destination country but:

The customer refuses the parcel, or

No successful delivery attempt is made to the provided address,
then Lifty reserves the right to abandon the parcel, and no refund will be issued.
